Article Processing Charges (APCs) & Publication Fees

Al-Qalam Al-Moner Journal operates under an Open Access model. To maintain transparency and comply with international publishing standards (DOAJ), all fees related to manuscript processing are clearly outlined below:

1. Article Submission Fees

The journal does NOT charge any submission fees. Authors can submit their manuscripts for peer review free of charge.

2. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

An Article Processing Charge (APC) applies only after a manuscript is officially accepted for publication to cover editorial, technical, layout, and archiving costs:

  • Libyan Authors: 500 LYD

  • International Authors: $100 USD

3. Fee Waiver Policy (English Submissions)

To encourage international contributions and promote cross-border knowledge exchange, all high-quality manuscripts written and submitted in English are completely exempt from publication fees (APC Waiver).
