Al-Qalam Al-Moner Journal maintains the highest standards of transparency. Disclosure of any potential conflict of interest is essential to ensure the credibility of published research.
I. Forms of Conflict:

Financial Interests: Grants, funding, or consultancies from entities interested in the research outcomes.

Personal Relationships: Kinship, close friendships, or rivalries between authors, reviewers, or editors.

Institutional Affiliations: Employment at institutions that may be affected by the research results.

Academic Interests: Direct competition or recent collaboration that could bias the evaluation.
II. Responsibilities:

Authors: Must include a clear "Conflict of Interest Statement" at the end of the manuscript. If none exists, state: "The authors declare no conflicts of interest regarding the publication of this paper."

Reviewers: Must recuse themselves immediately if a conflict is identified.

Editorial Board: Members must remain neutral and withdraw from decisions involving manuscripts where they have a personal or professional stake.
III. Actions:
Failure to disclose conflicts may lead to the immediate rejection of the manuscript or its retraction if discovered after publication.
