Author Self-Archiving Policy

Al-Qalam Al-Moner Journal encourages authors to self-archive their research to maximize visibility and impact. We support the balance between journal integrity and the author’s right to share their scholarly work.

I. Versions Allowed for Self-Archiving:

  1. Pre-print: The original manuscript before peer review. May be shared with a note stating it is "Under Review at Al-Qalam Al-Moner Journal."

  2. Accepted Manuscript: The version accepted after peer review, including all revisions. May be shared immediately (No Embargo).

  3. Published Version (Version of Record): The final formatted PDF with the journal’s branding. Authors are encouraged to share this version immediately upon publication, preferably including the official DOI link.

II. Archiving Conditions:

  • Acknowledgement: Authors must credit "Al-Qalam Al-Moner Journal" and include full citation details (Vol, Issue, Year).

  • Non-Commercial Use: Archiving is permitted for scholarly and educational purposes only.

  • Licensing: All archived versions must adhere to the CC BY-NC 4.0 license.
