Open Access Policy

Al-Qalam Al-Moner Journal is committed to providing immediate and free open access to its entire content. We believe that making scientific knowledge freely available supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Core Principles:

• Free Access: Following the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), users are allowed to read, download, copy, and distribute the full text of articles for any lawful purpose without prior permission, provided the source is cited.

• No Embargo: All research papers are available immediately upon publication.

• Licensing: Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.

• Article Processing Charges (APCs): To cover editorial and technical costs:

  • Libyan Authors: 500 LYD.

  • International Authors: 100 USD.

  • Note: High-quality English manuscripts are exempt from these charges to encourage international reach.

• Digital Archiving: Content is permanently archived via our official website and recognized digital repositories.
